Postage Charges

A flat rate of $7.95 AUD for all orders less than $30.00 AUD.
A flat rate of $12.95 AUD for all orders over $30.00 AUD

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

 

How are orders shipped?

We use Australia Post for all postage services. All BIOSWISS products are handled with care to ensure you receive Swiss-quality products to your door.

 

Where do we ship?

All order are shipped to Australian postal addresses only.

 

Delivery Information

All parcels will be delivered using Australia Post Parcel Service. Estimated delivery times vary city to city but generally you will receive the parcel within 3 to 10 working days, most of the time 3-5 working days. Signature may be required upon delivery.

Your parcel will be delivered to you during working hours. You will need to sign for the parcel, however if no one is at the location of delivery, the courier may leave a notification or leave it at the premises. In either case, once we have confirmation from Australia Post that it has been delivered, BIOSWISS holds zero liability in replacing lost or stolen parcels. However, if it was lost or stolen before being delivered, we hold 100% liability and will replace it free of charge.

 

Returns

BIOSWISS will replace any purchased product that arrives to your delivery address faulty or damaged providing the claim is made by the purchaser within 24 hours of signing for the parcel. 


Your claim must be done via email under the subject entitled "Faulty and damaged goods claim ".

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR DELIVERED PRODUCTS FOR DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY AFTER SIGNING THE PARCEL AND INFORM US VIA EMAIL ACCORDINGLY. 

 

BIOSWISS will not offer replacement or refund for damaged/faulty goods after the 24 hours pre mentioned period. All returns must be paid and insured at your own cost when returning goods.

 

If your purchase is no longer in stock, we will give you an equivalent replacement (same size) within the same category (e.g. Active, Design, Kids etc) and as close as possible to your purchased design.

 

Under no circumstances will refunds or store credit notes be given. All purchases are final and we do not accept "change of mind" returns.
