BIOSWISS will replace any purchased product that arrives to your delivery address faulty or damaged providing the claim is made by the purchaser within 24 hours of signing for the parcel. 


Your claim must be done via email under the subject entitled "Faulty and damaged goods claim ".

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR DELIVERED PRODUCTS FOR DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY AFTER SIGNING THE PARCEL AND INFORM US VIA EMAIL ACCORDINGLY. 

 

BIOSWISS will not offer replacement or refund for damaged/faulty goods after the 24 hours pre mentioned period. All returns must be paid and insured at your own cost when returning goods.

 

If your purchase is no longer in stock, we will give you an equivalent replacement (same size) within the same category (e.g. Active, Design, Kids etc) and as close as possible to your purchased design.

 

Under no circumstances will refunds or store credit notes be given. All purchases are final and we do not accept "change of mind" returns.

 

Warranty

Lifetime warranty only encompasses the brand SIGG. This is only for manufacturing defects and not the misuse of the products e.g not following manufacturers caring instructions. etc. BIOSWISS will assist OUR CUSTOMERS only with warranty claims. This is established by using your tax invoice or payment confirmation as a proof of purchase that was given to you by us.

In the event that we do request you to send the item, you must arrange for postage yourself. We will replace your item once we have concluded that it is a manufacturing fault, otherwise the bottle will be sent back to you. We will contact you to arrange which new free item you would like if we do see it is a manufacturing defect. Once again refunds and credit notes are not an option.
